Job Description :Our client in Aurora, Ontario is urgently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Must Have Primary Skills :
- Has 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Proven experience in a customer service or order management role (manufacturing industry a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Proficiency in ERP systems.

Proven Experience In :
This role supports manufacturing operations by managing customer orders with precision and efficiency. The Customer Service Representative ensures timely and accurate order processing, coordinates issue resolution, and plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships. The position also assists in optimizing internal workflows related to order fulfillment and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:
-  Process and verify customer purchase orders using internal ERP and order management systems.
-  Coordinate updates or changes to orders and ensure all modifications are properly documented and communicated across relevant departments, such as production, logistics, and shipping.
-  Maintain accurate order and customer records for reference and reporting.
-  Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates and resolutions.
-  Collaborate with operations and production teams to address and resolve order-related issues.
-  Conduct routine system maintenance for electronic order records.
-  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service accuracy, speed, and effectiveness within the customer. support function.
