Job Description :Our client in Edmonton, AB is urgently looking for a Project Manager.

Must Have Primary Skills :
- has 10 to 15 years of project management experience
-  PMP certification
-  Strong interpersonal skills
-  Proven experience successfully leading a team in integrating a SAAS system
- Demonstrated ability to lead integrated project teams in a cross-functional organization 

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Experience with rewards and loyalty systems (an asset)

Proven Experience In :
The Project Manager will be responsible for:·
- Leading the creation of the detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and then managing the execution of them.
- Working collaboratively with leaders from the Technology and Innovation team, and from the business team to make trade-offs and balance project drivers to achieve success.·
- Leading the integrated team, coordinating their activities efficiently, establishing accountability with them for work planned and completed, supporting them by making decisions and resolving issues quickly.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
- Applying lessons learned to reduce risk and improve delivery.
- Ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
