Job Description :Our client is looking for Product Analyst with experience in ServiceNow and Jira.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • 3-5 years experience in an IT analyst roleTeam lead experience
  • Experience working with ServiceNowBachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or commerce 
  • 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes

Proven Experience In :
Create, manage, and resolve stories in JiraCreate, manage, release (production & ITE) and discontinue corporate formsEvaluate/develop business requirementsMonitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenanceManage incidents and incoming enhancement requestsDocument and execute user story acceptance testsProvide user story and solution support to team membersSupport investigation, analysis, and response to incidentsFacilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT teamsEnsure high quality of development and solution before product increment release
