Job Description :Our client in Toronto, ON is urgently looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

Must Have Primary Skills :
- 3+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative support role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (email marketing, social media management, design tools is an asset).

Proven Experience In :
Key Responsibilities:
 Marketing Coordination
 - Coordinate trade shows and promotional events, including logistics and material preparation.
 - Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (digital and print).
- Manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn posts, event updates, email campaigns, and product promotions.
 - Coordinate the launch of promotional products and marketing campaigns.
Sales Team Support
 - Collaborate with the sales team on promotions, rebate plans, and incentive programs.
 - Track results of company promotions and initiatives, providing detailed reports.
 - Support new initiatives and product launches through planning and execution.
 - Work closely with key stakeholders across departments to align marketing and sales efforts.
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline using various tools and platforms.
Executive Assistance
 - Provide administrative and organizational support to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
 - Assist in preparing presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-ups.
Customer Support & Order Processing (staff coverage)
 - Take incoming client calls, address concerns, and provide proactive resolutions.
 - Process orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
 - Serve as a backup to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team.
