Job Description :Our client is looking for a Project Manager - Remote!

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Valid PMP Certification.
• Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification.
• 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager leading large, complex projects including budget creation and cost tracking, assignment of resources and managing interdependencies in delivering a combination of technology, business and process change, in the healthcare sector.
• 7 years’ managing projects that incorporated organizational change management strategies and plans, using a structured methodology such as Prosci.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 5 years’ experience implementing large transformational projects including organizational redesign.
• 3 years’ experience as a project manager responsible for planning and implementing a Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring system on a provincial scale.
• 3 years’ experience working on projects where Indigenous/First Nations leadership were project stakeholders.
• 1 year of experience as a project manager working on projects requiring collaboration with multiple government departments and reporting to government leadership.
• 1 year of experience working on projects with post-secondary educational facilities.

Responsibilities:

A service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
