Job Description :Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to join their team.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or technical diploma with experience working in the Information Technology sector
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Lead.
- Demonstrated experience with development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), specifically the Customer Service and Sales Module.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Power Pages Portals.
- Demonstrated experience creating solutions for re-use across more than one enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft D365 platform.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft D365 integrations with third party services and public facing portals
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions and Common Data Services.
- Demonstrated experience configuring, customizing and writing plugins for Microsoft D365
Proven Experience In :This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of our ongoing projects on
D365. This role will also provide guidance and support the development and release of our vendor
supported D365 applications that are hosted on ITD’s central D365 Platform.
The D365 Technical Lead(s) will also assist in sustaining and improving the current D365 applications
overseen by the ITD Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. Additionally, this position
requires offering specialized guidance on the governance and enhancement of the D365 Platform, which
demands extensive understanding of both D365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
