Must Have Primary Skills :

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally for SaaS or high-conversion websites or applications.

Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and iterative prototyping with real audience input.

Strong portfolio showcasing data-informed design thinking, not just visual polish.

Ability to interpret research and analytics, translate into design hypotheses, and apply test findings to improve UI/UX.

Familiarity with tools like Figma and analytics platforms like Hotjar, GA4, LogRocket or New Relic and testing platforms like User Testing.

Comfort with ambiguity and strong problem-solving skills—you know how to ask the right questions and explore multiple paths to clarity.

Bonus: Experience with CRO, experimentation frameworks, or content-driven conversion design.

Proven Experience In :WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Reporting to the Vice President of Product, this role combines product UX design with business analysis, grounded in data-driven iteration and deep user research.
- Join a team that believes great design is a science, not just an art where feedback loops, behavior analysis, and structured testing shape every screen.
- More specifically your responsibilities include: Design and iterate on user interfaces that drive real user engagement and conversions—based on behavioral data and usability testing.
- Conduct early-stage user research, usability tests, and segmented audience feedback loops to inform and refine design decisions.
- Translate insights from research into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve real user problems.
- Partner with product managers, analysts, and developers to define and improve user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Support business analysis activities—like gathering requirements, synthesizing findings, mapping user journeys, and documenting design rationale.
- Run structured, pre-live feedback cycles and low-risk testing on early design iterations to validate assumptions and reduce rework.
- Apply behavioral psychology, design thinking, and performance metrics to ensure every experience is intentional, effective, and measurable.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing.
