Job Description :Our client is looking for Outbound Representative – Member Event Outreach in Ontario!

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience (No CRM exp required, basic excel skills are required, they will be working off of a spreadsheet)
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, or call center preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to engage members in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with accurate data entry skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
  • Willing to be onsite 5 days a week at Overlea Blvd. Toronto, ON M4H 1P1 


Proven Experience In :
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to roster of members to inform them of upcoming events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Clearly communicate event details (dates, times, locations, registration process, etc.).
  • Answer member questions and provide additional information when needed.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines while adapting to member needs.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and engagement targets.
  • Provide feedback from member conversations to help improve event communications and outreach strategies.
Skills

    • Must Have at least 3 years of experience with/in Customer Service Skills and Team work
