Job Description :Our client in Manitoba is looking for a Program Manager.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Program or Senior Project Management leading large, multi-stream enterprise technology initiatives
  • Strong background in IT transformation, infrastructure modernization, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise application modernization 
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing program governance frameworks, charters, workplans, schedules, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive reporting 
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent project teams and manage complex interdependencies 
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with experience working at senior and executive levels 
  • Strong vendor management experience, including contract negotiation, performance oversight, and RFP/RFI procurement activities 
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to present program updates, risks, and decisions to leadership 
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations with multi-departmental coordination 
  • Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid)


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, ITIL, or Scrum Master 
  • Experience leading cybersecurity, identity and access management, privacy, or business continuity programs 
  • Experience delivering IT programs in regulated environments (public sector, utilities, healthcare, or Crown corporations)
  • Knowledge of cloud adoption, DevOps practices, enterprise architecture, and system integration 
  • Experience supporting organizational change management, communications, and readiness activities 
  • Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
