Job Description :Our client in Manitoba is looking for a Program Manager(PMP, PRINCE2)

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) + years of experience managing Information Technology projects 
  • Valid PMP Certification or Prince2 Practitioner certification.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Portfolio, Program and Project Management methodologies
  • Experience with strategic planning
  • Experience leading and managing a project team within a provincial government setting


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Same as above

Proven Experience In :
  • Understanding of provincial government processes, policies and procedures 
  • Strong understanding of information technology, cyber security and its strategic application to business 
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills 
  • Strong analysis and problem resolution skills 
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time management, and decision making skills
