Job Description :Our client is looking for  Senior Agile Coaches  (Agile, Kanban) Remote Across Canada.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Foster the adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy.
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and cultivate high-performing, self-organizing teams.
  • Educate and coach teams and leaders on the uptake and adoption of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.
  • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.
  • Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change.
  • Develop and manage Agile growth and maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.
  • Deliver training to build Agile capability across the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.

Proven Experience In :
  • 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training.
  • Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks.
  • Must have experience coaching mature Agile teams—not teams new to Agile.
  • Candidates must show experience helping long-established Agile teams refine practices, deepen Agile principles, and advance maturity.
  • Experience demonstrating servant leadership and guiding mature teams through continuous improvement cycles.
  • Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to influence change, cross-functional collaboration, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment.
  • Experience with Agile metrics.
  • Experience with Agile metrics.
  • Advanced facilitation skills for leading Agile ceremonies, design-thinking workshops, and problem-solving sessions with experienced Agile teams.
  • Ability to measure Agile maturity improvements and articulate how coaching actions improved team value delivery
  • Direct experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Coaching and developing Agile teams beyond the basics of framework implementation.
  • Applying Agile principles in daily delivery work—not just managing projects using Agile terminology.
  • Experience coaching teams that already have years of Agile practice (some over a decade).
  • Experience goes beyond teaching frameworks/tools like Jira, PI planning, or backlog creation—teams already know these.
