Job Description :Our client is looking for more than one Business Analyst -  Technology and Innovation to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :
 5 to 10 years of related business analysis and project experience, and have strong interpersonal skills.  
Ability to qualify and retain a Restricted Access Pass and clean criminal background check·
 Microsoft Office Skills for MS Suite including Project and Visio· 
Provide clear communication statements and reports in business language· 
Previous experience communicating with various team members from different disciplines· 

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
· Collaborate with colleagues
· Be flexible and proactive with team planning to accommodate changes

Proven Experience In :
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:· Working collaboratively with the business and technical representatives too gather and break-down requirements,o create as-is and to-be process diagramso plan and execute testing activities · Working collaboratively with the project leadership team to contribute to project management activitieso plans, timelines, and budgets, and then managing the execution of them.· Coordinating with various stakeholders, vendors, and contractors. · Applying lessons learned to reduce risk and improve delivery. · Support the project to be completed on time and within budget.· Ability to pivot if night work/monitoring is required in a change window
