Must Have Primary Skills :

• Direct experience leading and working on projects in an airport environment is desirable.
• Ability to qualify for and retain a Restricted Access Pass and successfully clear a criminal background check. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Project and Visio. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, business-focused reporting. 
• Prior experience working with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
• 10–15 years of combined Project Management and Business Analyst experience. 
• PMP certification required.
• Experience leading integrated project teams within a cross-functional organizational structure. 
• Experience with airport operations is an asset.

Overview:
The organization is preparing to deliver an ambitious portfolio of projects in 2026 and is seeking several experienced Project Managers with strong Business Analyst capabilities. The successful candidate will lead project planning and execution while also performing business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process assessment, documentation, and test planning oversight. Depending on workload and performance, the selected candidate may be assigned to one or more projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and manage execution through project completion. 
• Schedule team resources and communicate project requirements and timelines effectively to all stakeholders. 
• Complete all Business Analyst deliverables required at each project stage. 
• Collaborate with Technology and Innovation leaders and business teams to evaluate trade-offs, align expectations, and balance project constraints. 
• Lead integrated project teams, drive accountability, resolve issues, and support timely decision-making. 
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors. 
• Apply lessons learned to reduce project risks and improve delivery outcomes. 
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with defined objectives. 
• Adapt to potential night work or monitoring activities required during scheduled change windows.
