Job Description :Our client is looking for Transformation Advisor

Must Have Primary Skills :
The Enterprise Transformation Advisor will:
 1. Provide expert guidance in designing Alberta Innovates’ future-state enterprise operating model, including governance, process architecture, capability mapping, and organizational design implications.
 2. Support the Senior Leadership Team and Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in aligning around a transformation roadmap, workstreams, decision frameworks, milestones, and success measures.
 3. Work collaboratively with internal change leaders to ensure the transformation is coordinated, integrated, and executed effectively across the organization.
 4. Build internal capacity so Alberta Innovates’ leaders and teams can sustain the operating model beyond the life of the engagement.
 5. Serve as a trusted advisor with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks, enable clarity, and support complex system-level problem solving.
