Job Description :Our client in Calgary is looking for a Intermediate Salesforce Analyst.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Manage a queue of Salesforce support tickets (incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements).
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues related to configuration, data, and usererror
  • Provide high-quality user support via email, chat, and virtual meetings
  • Set and manage user expectations around timelines, scope, and impact of changes
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an Administrator / Analyst role
  • Solid experience with Service Cloud, including Strong understanding of Salesforce security: Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy,Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide DefaultsCases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Email-to-Case, Case Escalation

Proven Experience In :
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process or configuration improvements
  • Custom fields, objects, record types, page layouts, compact layouts
  • Validation rules and formula fields (text, numeric, date, roll-up where appropriate
  • Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows) for automation and simple business processes
  • Assignment rules, auto-response rules, email templates, and queues
  • Support implementations and ongoing use of AppExchange apps and other Salesforceadd-ons (e.g., CTI tools, document generation, billing/tax apps like Avalara, etc.).
