Job Description :Our firm is a Technical Staffing/Resourcing firm specializing in contract, temporary and permanent placement Technical Staff augmentation for clients throughout Canada. We are looking for an multi-talented Business Development/Account Manager - Staffing to compliment our team of professionals and to assist in looking after a small portfolio of accounts and  developing new accounts.  If you are a service-oriented, self motivated entrepreneurial individual that enjoys working with people and technology, then this is the place for you. We have the tools, reputation, team support and the consultant relationships to push your career to the next level of success.  This is a remote position and we are open to receiving applications from anywhere in Ontario, Canada.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Min 5 years proven Sales experience in the staffing industry
  • A"can do"attitude 
  • Ability to assist in the development and proposals for RFIs/RFP's
  • Min 2 years recruitment experience
  • Ability to see long-term sales cycles through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and client needs analysis
  • Strong organizational  and multi-tasking skills
