Job Description :Our client is looking for a Senior RPA Automation Developer(
Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Data Flows) to join their team in Calgary.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Takes Initiative in Projects as a Leader
- Experience with process mapping tools and business process analysis.
- Experience in change management and user training.
- Experience with Azure functions
- Experience with creating agents using Copilot studio

Proven experience with RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate Desktop along with the Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Data Flows), Blue Prism, or UiPath.

Experience with JavaScript

Strong knowledge of workflow automation, scripting, and integration methods.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or Python.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Successful implementations of Citrix RPA Processes
- Successful implementations of Web forms scrapping and filling with various complexities
- Proficiency with APIs, web services, and data integration techniques.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.Certification in RPA platforms is an advantage

Proven Experience In :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed automations for maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots and workflows.
- Create documentation for developed automations, including process maps and user guides.
