Job Description :Our client is looking for Senior Technical BASIS lead in Winnipeg, MB!

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in business analysis, system analysis and solution architecture of complex information systems.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in SAP BASIS administration with strong technical skills.
  • 12 or more years experience with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other SAP modules
  • 12 or more years experience with other data bases such as Sybase/ASE.
  • 12 or more years experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS).
  • Experience working in large ERP programs
  • Experience working in the Public Sector
  • Experience with project management methodologies.


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Experience in a leadership role responsible for directly managing other employees and team members.
  • Experience creating written reports and status updates on program progress.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills/troubleshoot with keen attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams: build and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, direct reports, and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Proven Experience In :
  • Lead and manage SAP BASIS administration, ensuring system stability, performance, and security. 
  • Provide business and system analysis for complex information systems and SAP solutions. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other SAP modules. 
  • Manage databases, including Sybase/ASE, ensuring integrity and performance. 
  • Create written reports, status updates, and documentation on program progress. 
  • Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of SAP initiatives. 
  • Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
