Job Description :Our client is looking for a Bilingual Accounting Supervisor to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Certification: CPA designation is mandatory.
• Experience: 5-10 years of accounting leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with accounting systems, preferably Aderant.
• Bilingualism is required (functional English and excellent French).

Proven Experience In :
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a remote, interprovincial accounting team.
Workflow Management: Manage the full accounting cycle, including local and national projects, system updates, and workflow.
Training & Evaluation: Provide training, direction, and perform annual performance evaluations for staff.
Change Management: Act as an agent of change to implement best practices and optimize business processes.
