Job Description :Our client is looking for Techno Functional Consultant to join theit team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• · 7+ years of progressive experience in product ownership / techno-functional roles supporting enterprise applications.· 
• Hands-on techno-functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations including requirements, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) including process design, configuration, and user adoption.· Prophix experience (administrator, modeler, or power user) supporting budgeting/forecasting and reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of core finance concepts (GL structure, period close, AP/AR, fixed assets) and how operational processes impact financial results.
• Demonstrated experience integrating systems and working with data (interfaces, imports/exports, mappings, reconciliation, data quality controls).
• Strong documentation and facilitation skills; able to lead workshops with executives and frontline users.
• Experience owning testing activities (SIT/UAT), defect management, and go-live readiness.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• · Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Dataverse; familiarity with Azure integration services is an asset.
• Experience with Prophix implementations, model redesign, or governance improvements (security, workflow, template standardization).
• Experience with ERP/CRM release management and Microsoft cloud update cadence; familiarity with LCS/Azure DevOps practices is an asset.
• Understanding of revenue processes and order-to-cash integration between CRM and ERP.

Proven Experience In :
The Senior BSA (Techno-Functional) serves as a bridge between Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to deliver business outcomes across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Dynamics 365 Sales, and Prophix budgeting/forecasting. This role leads requirements discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation support, ensuring end-to-end process alignment, strong controls, and high user adoption. The position partners with stakeholders to improve business processes, integrate enterprise systems, and drive data quality, reporting, and governance.
