Job Description :Client is looking for Project Manager -  should be located in Manitoba

Must Have Primary Skills :
Skill and Experience:

• 8 years’ experience in the development of procurement and contingency plans for capital projects including development of RFPs according to client requirements. 
• 8 years’ experience in a capital project management role including the approval of budgets and assisting the business with selection of vendors.
• 5 years’ experience managing large Capital Construction projects with a focus on healthcare facilities to accommodate bed counts of 150 or more additional beds. 
• 6 years’ experience liaising with municipal or provincial governments on capital construction projects. Experience should include ensuring that projects meet the municipal and provincial requirements. 
• 6 years’ experience implementing capital construction projects that are Health Care-related with a focus on communications, financial management, schedule review and daily reporting. 
• 3 years’ experience managing projects involving a Long-Term Care healthcare environment. 

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
