Job Description :Our client is looking for a Senior Business Integration Analyst to join their team in Calgary.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, integration, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Direct experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or complex cross-functional projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Experience with project management or integration management methodologies is an asset (e.g., PMI, Agile, IMO frameworks).
- A very strong communicator who can handle multiple teams.
- Have involved previously in mergers, acquisition and integration of 2 systems.

Proven Experience In :The Senior Business Integration Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the successful integration of businesses following mergers, acquisitions, or major organizational transformations. This role partners closely with functional leaders and the Integration Management Office (IMO) to assess current-state operations, support future-state design, track integration activities, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders.
