Job Description :Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in EHR to join the team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• The proposed resource should have a degree/diploma in business or IT, or Certified Business Analysis Professional from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
• The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience planning and conducting requirements gathering workshops with operational and/or clinical staff, leadership teams and/or stakeholder representatives.
• Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience gathering requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases or scenarios, business analysis, and business process modeling.
• Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination, including technical leadership in cross-functional teams
• Experience in the analysis, development, and integration of complex IT systems with a specific focus on the management of multiple data sources , web services, and legacy IT solutions.

Proven Experience In :
The Senior IT Technical Business Analyst will support the collection, evaluation, and translation of complex business needs into actionable technical specifications, including requirements related to system integration, data exchange, and interoperability across multiple platforms. The resource will work closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured, validated, and aligned with operational and technical constraints across integrated environments.
