Job Description :Our client is looking for a Organizational Change Management Specialist to join the team.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Valid PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
- Valid ProSci Organizational Change (OCM) certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response
- 9 years’ experience as a Project Manager directly managing the delivery of a project or a programme of projects. Experience should include defining the project’s deliverables, creating and managing the project plan and budget, and managing the day-to-day activities of the project team.
- 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager implementing business process transformation projects in a healthcare environment
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- 3 years’ experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of healthcare information systems in an acute care setting.
- 1 year of experience implementing transformative projects involving emergency medical and paramedic services. Activities should include defining target state operating models and planning activities to transition the business to the new operating models
Proven Experience In :The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
