Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a major Nuclear Business Technology Program. This role will focus on the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and business processes across multiple large-scale initiatives.
The OCM Specialist will lead strategies that drive user adoption, minimize resistance, and enable seamless transitions across projects involving content management systems, workflow tools, Microsoft 365, office productivity tools, and large-scale data migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies for complex technology initiatives
