Job Description :Our client is looking for a Business Analyst (ITIL, PRINCE2, Prosci) - Remote across Canada!

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Valid ITIL certificate in Service Management.
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
• Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification.
• 5 years’ experience directly leading business analysts or business consultants in large scale business transformation programs composed of large multiple concurrent projects.
• 5 years’ direct, hands on experience with complex business architecture and modelling, including working directly with executive leadership teams and facilitating stakeholder workshops, consolidating and synthesizing outputs to develop future state models, performing gap analyses and developing transition plans to move to the future state.
• 5 years’ experience facilitating assessments and workshops for organizational capability redesign activities and workshops, developing recommendations, conducting reviews with stakeholders and obtaining approval with executives and senior leadership.
• 6 years’ experience implementing change in a healthcare environment.
• 5 years’ experience defining business cases for new initiatives and developing indicators for evaluating solution options to guide decision making.
• 3 years’ experience performing analysis and strategic level redesign of the administration of healthcare  services and departments.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 10 years’ experience performing business analysis including developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing finding to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making.

Proven Experience In :
A service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
