Job Description :Our client is looking for a Project Management Officer / Operations Manager to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Bachelors Degree
• PMP designation is a must
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Responsible for KPI, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance Managemen

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Led cross functional teams from a Project Manager perspective

Proven Experience In :

• Leadership experience, someone that has led a team and has been responsible for performance management, KPIs, goal setting, onboarding and offboarding, etc.
