Job Description :Our client is looking for a UNIX Midrange Support professional to assist with the configuration, administration, and support of midrange server environments. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working with Linux and AIX systems and will support the ongoing operation and maintenance of enterprise server infrastructure.This role is ideal for a technically capable professional with experience in midrange server administration and an interest in supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.

Must Have Primary Skills :
Hands-on experience with midrange server configuration and administration.Practical experience administering Linux environments.Practical experience administering AIX environments.Understanding of enterprise server infrastructure and system administration.Ability to work onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan, throughout the contract.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
SAN/NAS storage administration and support experience.Experience with IBM Storage Virtualize (SVC).Experience with NetApp storage solutions.Azure Linux host and storage experience.NetBackup experience

Proven Experience In :
Configure, administer, and support midrange server environments.Perform system administration activities across Linux and AIX environments.Support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and availability of server infrastructure.Assist with troubleshooting and resolving server-related technical issues.Support enterprise storage environments, including SAN/NAS infrastructure, where applicable.Assist with Linux host and storage administration in Azure environments.Support backup and recovery-related activities using NetBackup, where applicable.Collaborate with technical teams to maintain reliable and stable infrastructure operations.Provide technical support and contribute to the effective management of midrange server environments.
