Job Description :The selected resources will have extensive Business Analyst experience in a senior role and the ability to perform the role of a Test Lead. The Business Analysts will bring experience in leading the business SMEs through the process of User Acceptance Testing (UAT); demonstrate experience in creating and managing a robust plan for testing that ensures the end product supports business processes; and bring experience in creating, coordinating and executing test scripts, utilizing formal testing methodologies to verify that system and business applications meet specific requirements.

Must Have Primary Skills :
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in creating, planning and executing testing strategies and in leading the business SMEs through the process of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Demonstrate experience in creating, contributing to or managing at least three (3) of the following: feasibility studies, business cases, technical assessments and strategic plans.
• Demonstration of minimum seven (7) years’ experience creating, planning, organizing and facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings and presentations with both technical and business groups.

• Elicit, document and manage requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Document Business Process Models (As-Is and To-Be).
• Document Use Cases based on Business Process Models.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into business rules. • Elicit, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define and scope the business problem or opportunity and identify solution and/or alternative solutions.
• Verify that the solution meets the requirements and quantify the benefits and costs of each solution.
• Identify and risks, issues and assumptions with the solution and contribute to an effective control and risk management process.

Proven Experience In :
•  Demonstrated experiences at a senior level in business analysis methods and practices with experience in developing business and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to document and communicate business information into technical specifications and conversely to simplify complex technical information into business language. • Demonstrated ability to create, plan and manage: test plans, test strategies, test cases, test scripts, test scenarios and test conditions.
• Demonstrated experience in performing the role of a Test Lead and in leading business SME’s through the process of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Candidates are asked to describe their experience (role and duration) with leading business users through the acceptance testing process.
