Our dynamic Oil and Gas client is actively seeking 8-9 Project Coordinators to join their team for an initial 6 month contract. This is a great introduction to the oil and gas industry and the chance to be part of a very exciting project!
Job Description:
Coordinate the efforts to deliver project according to plan
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to document their software needs
Quantify and resolve problems and issues with requirements
Facilitate business stakeholder sign-off
Provide support for change management and training
Facilitate a smooth transition from project to support organization
Contribute to creating a new process for application readiness
Research application compatibility
Create relationships with vendors
Adhere to a timeline
Interact with other teams, i.e., (supply chain, Quality Assurance, Decom, App Rat)
Prepare weekly progress reports
Document all critical business functions that cannot be impacted.
Validate information across numerous sources.
Be the main point of contact for the business leads.
Draft communication out to business.
Skills:
