Procurement/Purchasing Admin
to join their team.
Must Have Primary Skills :

Key experience would include budgeting, forecasting, tracking and spend analysis
- Prior experience with Dynamix AX and very strong knowledge of Excel are needed
- Strong attention to detail and timelines required
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :Strong attention to detail and timelines required
Proven Experience In :Procurement Document Preparation:
o Prepare, Issue requests for, Track, Receive and Review quotations from vendors.
o Verify that the goods or services match the standards and specifications of the requestor and
other relevant documentation.
o Ensure accuracy of the Purchase Requisitions details, such as amounts, terms, and payment
instructions are properly entered in Dynamix AX and associated tracking systems.
• Invoice Processing:
o Receive and review packing slips, time sheets and invoices from vendors.
o Verify that the goods or services have been received and that they match the purchase order and
other relevant documentation.
o Ensure accuracy of the invoice details, such as amounts, terms, and payment instructions.
• Vendor Management:
o Communicate with vendors regarding overdue invoices, invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries,
and other issues.
o Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
