Job Description :Our client in Calgary, AB is looking for a Cloud Analyst.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Deliver and maintain cloud tenant environments and
operations: Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS.

Deliver and maintain managed communications and productivity services including calling, chat/messaging, audio/video conferencing and office productivity across cloud and on-premises components.

Ensure the availability, scalability and security of services and systems.

Contribute to the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring they deliver required capabilities.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Proven and effective technical writing and presentation skills.

Proven Experience In :
- 10+ years of technology industry experience with at
least 3-years administering
communication, productivity and cloud infrastructure
services.

Strong technical knowledge of public and private
cloud service models, modern communication and productivity services, and cloud
automation technologies servicing 5000+ global users (Microsoft 365, Exchange
2016, Cisco VoIP, Webex, Azure, AWS).

Skilled in cloud security principles and best
practices.

Microsoft Certification in M365, Azure, Exchange
Online, or Teams preferred.

Detailed understanding of M365, Active Directory,
and Azure security

Familiar with the ITIL framework and use to
deliver excellent IS and customer service.
