Job Description :Our Client is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a contract role.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • A minimum of three (3) to six (6) years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the intake and trafficking of assets (videos, project files, images, copy and other key components), encoding, transcoding, applying metadata, asset tagging and taxonomy, ensuring the quality of the assets, and meeting content standards working within a creative department or agency environment, digital design agency, or retail creative environment. 
  • A strong knowledge base around multi-media production practices, technology, and terminology, gained through a combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience with DAM, Content Management and Project Management systems. 
  • Ability to work with designers and web publishers to develop UX/UI content wire frames and tests. 
  • Working knowledge of Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Analytics and Digital Asset Management software.

Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills.

Proven Experience In :
a. Coordinate project deliverables (copy, assets, asset tagging, file preparation for publishing) and meet deadlines.b. Evaluate project requirements and support the development of critical paths.c. Build and maintain project details and requirements using project management/collaboration tools (e.g., Trello).d. Identify and traffic change requests.e. Coordinate all copy translation requirements.f. Support tasks related to digital asset coordination (image sourcing and purchasing, Digital Asset Management (“DAM”) library updates, assigning taxonomy and metadata to assets, and trafficking asset files).g. Coordinate and execute customer-facing email and social media marketing initiatives.h. Liaise with internal & external partners including Marketing, Creative Studio, e-Commerce.i. Conduct quality assurance checks for digital content (optimal file size for acceptable page load times and AODA/WCAG compliance).j. Support digital content performance tracking and analytics.
